LOCATION:    Located in Kinney County; west of the City of Uvalde and 7 miles south of Hwy. 90 off FM 1022.

MINERALS:   Seller is believed to own 10% minerals and will convey all owned.  Exact conveyance to be determined at time of new title commitment.
