ACREAGE:    3,820 acres, more or less, Seller will consider a division to be agreed upon.  

LOCATION:   Approximately 70 miles southwest of downtown San Antonio or 4 miles northwest of Dilley in Frio County, Texas.  The property has frontage on paved FM 117, CR 4520, CR 4621, and CR 4677.
