ACREAGE:   381 acres, more or less, last surveyed in 2007. 

LOCATION:    Approximately 10 miles south of Castroville and 2 miles north of Devine along FM 5710.  Property has 3 gated entrances with the main entry off of FM 5710, Medina County, Texas with frontage on CR 5710 and CR 667.

WATER:    Property is abundantly watered by two wells supplying water to several water troughs,  metered water from East Medina Water Company, plus irrigation water from the BMA (Bexar, Medina, Atascosa) Water District.  There is also one large (approximately ¾ ac.) stocked tank with game fish feeder and two small tanks.
